I am a Westchester NY based self-taught private chef, cookbook author, certified Sommelier and passionate advocate of authenticity, creativity and simplicity in food and wine. My cooking is inspired by the classic French cuisine of my childhood and international flavors from my travels in Europe and Japan. I’ve worked at Farmer's markets, opened & managed a French Creperie, cooked at a New York based Italian wine bar and a Michelin star restaurant in France. It is now my pleasure to offer weekly meal prep and private dinners in the comfort of your own home.
